By accessing or using RE_LawManager ("the Service"), operated by RMDW LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

RE_LawManager is a case management platform designed for personal injury law firms. The Service includes case tracking, billing management, lead pipeline tools, automated communications, and AI-assisted features.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Automatic monthly billing unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months of service
• Price changes with 30 days notice (early adopter rates are locked)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

7. Data Ownership and Privacy

8. Confidentiality

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RMDW LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. RE_LAWMANAGER IS NOT A LAW FIRM AND DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RMDW LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RMDW LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
